Welcome to Afridol. Our mission is to provide a secure, respectful, and empowering platform for African creators and their fans. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all users must comply with the following guidelines and terms of conduct.
1. Code of Conduct
By using Afridol, users agree to:
- • Respect others and avoid harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.
- • Only post content they have the right to share.
- • Not use Afridol to distribute illegal, harmful, or explicit materials.
- • Avoid spamming, phishing, or misleading interactions.
- • Use Afridol for genuine interaction and content sharing, not scams or fraud.
2. Creator Responsibilities
Creators must:
- • Provide accurate information and maintain professional conduct.
- • Comply with local laws and platform guidelines.
- • Respect their audience by delivering promised content.
- • Not promote harmful, false, or deceptive content.
3. Fan Responsibilities
Fans must:
- • Respect creators' boundaries and content policies.
- • Not demand or solicit inappropriate content.
- • Avoid impersonation or misuse of others' identities.
4. Reporting and Enforcement
We take community safety seriously. Users can report any violation via the in-app reporting system or directly at [support@afridol.com].
4.1 Types of Violations & Consequences
Major Infractions (Result in Immediate Account Termination):
- • Posting or promoting hate speech, terrorism, racism, child exploitation, threats of violence, or abuse.
- • Using Afridol for scams, fraud, or illegal financial activities.
- • Distribution of non-consensual explicit content.
Moderate Infractions (May Result in Temporary Suspension or Final Warning):
- • Harassment, bullying, or offensive behavior.
- • Repeatedly posting misleading or low-quality content.
- • Circumventing platform guidelines.
Minor Infractions (Subject to Warning or Suspension):
- • Spammy messages or repeated off-topic posts.
- • Use of inappropriate language.
- • Technical misuse of features.
4.2 Sanctions Framework
- • First Violation: Warning or suspension depending on severity.
- • Second Violation: Temporary account deactivation (up to 30 days).
- • Third Violation / Serious breach: Permanent ban.
Afridol reserves the right to act immediately without warning in cases of severe breaches.
5. Appeal Process
Users whose accounts are suspended or banned may request a review within 7 days by contacting us with their username and justification. Afridol's moderation team will review the case.
6. Platform Protection & Legal Compliance
We actively monitor the platform to:
- • Detect and prevent abuse and fraud.
- • Cooperate with legal authorities when required.
- • Maintain a safe space through both automation and human moderation.
7. Community Contribution
We encourage users to:
- • Report issues constructively.
- • Help us improve by sharing feedback.
- • Be ambassadors of respectful digital culture.
8. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Afridol is a platform that facilitates content creation, monetization, and interaction between creators and fans. However, Afridol is not responsible for the content posted by users, nor for the interactions that may occur between them, whether online or offline.
Users are solely responsible for the content they publish, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, livestreams, and comments.
Afridol does not endorse, control, or verify the accuracy or legality of user-generated content.
Any dispute or harm arising from content or user interaction (e.g., fraud, harassment, misinformation) must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
Afridol reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to violate legal regulations or the platform's rules, but cannot be held liable for actions that escape its control or occur outside its scope of moderation.
